Do you have a challenge or issue faced by the ODU Monarch community? Do you want a student perspective on improving the campus? Are you willing to act as a client to a team of students while they work to address your challenge?
If so, we want to hear from you!
Call for Proposals
We invite ODU administrators, faculty, or staff who have identified a challenge or issue faced by ODU Monarchs to submit their challenge for consideration by the Innovate Monarchs student teams. The goal is to identify four to five ODU student challenges or issues that will be addressed by the fall 2020 ODU Innovate Monarchs student cohort.
If you are interested in participating, please complete this form by July 28, 2020.
What would be expected of me?
As a client, your role would include the following:

Meeting for an initial consultation

Addressing questions via email, phone, or Zoom

Attending and offering feedback during the final showcase event
What would I get out of this?

Potential solutions or products to be considered to address your challenge.

A student team presentation of their work at a showcase event at the end of the project timeline.
How do the students benefit?
Participating students gain:

Valuable work-based skills and experiences as innovative problem-solvers, entrepreneurs, and teammates.
